It has happened again here. In our small "village".
There are crazy people driving through our neighborhood.

It makes me wonder what could possibly be enough to stop someone.
I'm guessing absolute vigilance, plus a German Shephard.
and unfortunately, I know that won't be enough.
post sript: we teach our children to run the opposite direction of the car screaming "This is not My Parent!"
