While sitting in the PICU

While sitting in the PICU last week, taking my turn to make sure Mr. Mischief had everything he needed (even though he had his own nurses), I learned a very valuable life lesson:
"Contemplation requires a constant movement... from time as a randomly thrown together series of incidents and accidents, to time as constant opportunity for a change of heart; from people as interesting characters to people as persons sounding through more than they themselves can hold."
